How do we Manipulate our Food Choices?

Wageningen University is a trial location richer in the form of a restaurant/canteen where the consumer, innocently enjoying a snack or drink, is the subject of research. Smells, colours, imitation of environments such as airplanes, living rooms or canteens, perception and unconscious choices; this is what scientist Kees de Graaf wants to look at with this research called ‘Matter of Taste’. Can we influence what we choose, what we taste, how we experience our food and how much we eat?
