MAJOR BRANDS START NEW ZERO-WASTE PLATFORM WITH REUSABLE PACKAGING
The milkman's return? In the spring of 2019, a coalition of a number of major world brands will start a pilot in which products will be packaged in reusable stainless steel containers. The products will be delivered at home and the packaging will be taken back with the next shipment. The system, called Loop, has been developed together with companies such as Pepsi, Proctor & Gamble, Nestlé and Unilever. Delivery service UPS is also involved in the setup.
