Salmon without Bones or Animal suffering

A fish substitute made from soybeans has been introduced by the Dutch company SoFine. The company claims that their product is nutritiously suitable as a meat or fish substitute, making it perfect for vegetarians, vegans, ecotarians and flexitarians. The 100% vegetable ‘salmon’ is now sold in Jumbo supermarkets.
