Farm.One is a vertical farm startup that grows more than 500 different crops all year round. They mainly supply restaurants. In total they have 18 Michelin stars in their clientele. They focus on special and tasteful varieties. They are a high-tech company, but also use useful insects instead of pesticides. By growing in the city itself, the time between harvest and plate can be minimized.
