The Amsterdam Food Hub has set up a project in which they help farmers to better market their sustainable products. Think of farmers who start a restaurant with their own products or farmers who want to combine their agricultural activities with recreation.
By combining activities, farmers can earn a better living. Value can be added to the products by processing them into end products that the consumer can buy. The ecological and tourist value of the companies can also be explored.
