Dutch Cuisine, A New Collab For Future Of Food Institute

Future of Food Institute believes in collaboration to achieve goals. Previously, we joined organizations matching our mission such as Transitiecoalitie Voedsel and SDG Nederland (SDG 12). Recently we also joined MVO Nederland (‘Who will be minister of the New Economy?’), the platform for sustainable entrepreneurship.

But our most recent partnership with Dutch Cuisine also puts us right in the middle of the reality of sustainable food and the role of the consumer. This all started from the connection with Mattmo Creative, (strategic communication & design with focus on sustainable brands and products). So after Dutch Design, Dutch Fashion now also Dutch Cuisine!

‘Dutch Cuisine’ is a platform for promotion and sustainability of the Dutch cuisine. It is also a partner-ecosystem with knowledge and passion for sustainability of our food system, as well as education for consumers and F&B professionals.

We look forward to contributing to these hugely important goals with our research expertise!

We offer accessible and clear consumer insights that help all actors in the food chain to effectively support & seduce the consumer to make the sustainable food choice.
